Chalets are the coastal and Red Sea end of the market, bought for use rather than commute: North Coast for the summer season, Ain El Sokhna and Ras Sudr for weekend proximity to Cairo, and Gouna, Hurghada or Sahl Hasheesh for year-round letting. Distance from the sea and access to a shared pool set the price far more than square metres do. Many units come furnished and sell inside a managed rental pool, which is what turns a second home into an income stream, so buyers should check what the operator takes and whether the resort restricts private letting.

We currently list 750 chalet units for sale. Recent asking prices mostly fall between EGP 14M and EGP 38M. The largest concentrations are in North Coast. Sizes run from 67 to 585 m².
